balsamic vinegar dressing with Chicken breast fillet salad

I prepared a chicken breast fillet salad with balsamic vinegar dressing

 

 

I am eating the chicken breast fillets with various dressing this time because I failed to eat the fillets without any dressing

 

Today is the second day, so I added balsamic vinegar dressing to the fillets

 

 

 

 

ingredients for the chicken breast fillet salad (1-2 portions)

 

1 fillet of chicken breast 150g

cabbage 100g

 cherry tomatoes 60g

 yellow paprika 60g

red paprika 40g

carrot 50g

  

 

 

We should consume about 350g of vegies a day.

 

So I just tried it, but I think this is a bit much for one person!!

 

However, I am not worried because the vegies have low calories!!

 

 

 

Ingredients for balsamic vinegar dressing

 

 

2T balsamic vinegar dressing

1T olive oil

1T  lemon juice

1T crushed garlic

1T salt

a small amount of pepper

  

T : Tablespoon

t: teaspoon

 

 

Balsamic vinegar dressing contains the sourness of balsamic vinegar and the olive oil in harmony.

 

I think this is a appetite-whetting dressing!!

 

Lemon juice and the vinegar double the sourness

 

If you don't like the sourness, I don't recommend this dressing because its sourness is the most distinctive flavour of the dressing.

 

 

To remove the bad smell of the chicken fillets,

 

season them with salt and pepper, and marinate them in milk for 30 minutes.

 

Later, cook them in a boiling water for 15-20 minutes

 

 

While the chicken fillets are being cooked,

 

cut cabbage, paprika, carrot, etc into bite size.

 

Mix them with the dressing!!

 

 

 

Scoop the cooked chicken fillets from the boiling water, and cut them into bite size!!

 

The milk really reduces the bad smell of the chicken fillets!!

 

 

 

Put the vegies and fillets on a plate, add the balsamic vinegar dressing to them. That's it!!

 

The sourness of the dressing is in harmony with the vegies and chicken.

 

That really stimulates the palate!!

 

The sourness makes the balsamic vinegar dressing more delicious!
