Chicken breast fillet salad with mustard dressing

Tangy mustard dressing!!

 

I add it to chicken breast fillet salad!!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients!!

 

1 fillet of chicken breast 150g,

Lettuce 50g

cabbage 40g

red paprika 30g

yellow paprika 20g

carrot 20g

a small amount of almonds and walnuts

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients for mustard dressing!!

 

1T mustard

1T Vinegar

1T Pearjuice

1t Soy sauce

 

T : Tablespoon

t : teaspoon

 

 

Change the proportion of ingredients to your taste and your portions

 

 

 

Cook the chicken breast fillet in a boiling water for 15-20 minutes!!

 

 

While cooking the chicken, mix all the dressing ingredients!!

 

 

Cut the vegies into bite size!!

 

Tear lettuce by hand into bite size!!

 

Julienne cabbage, carrot, and paprika!!

 

 

When all the ingredients are ready,

 

put the vegies, walnuts, almonds,

 

and well-cooked chicken breast fillets on the plate!!

 

 

Lastly, put the mustard dressing on top.

 

Then the chicken breast fillet salad with mustard is done!!

 

The mustard dressing tastes good and tangy, and smells very good!!

 

It seems that the chicken breast fillets are excellent on other vegies!!

 

I recommend you to eat it when you lose your appetite because tangy taste and good

 

smell can stimulate your appetite!!
